ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
24TH MARCH 2010 @ 8.00pm
A reminder about the AGM on
the 24th March starting at 8pm. Food will be provided if you want it
(Jacket spuds, beans and cheese) £1.50 per head. PLEASE LET SARAH HUMPHRIES KNOW IF
YOU WANT FOOD SO BOD & RACHEL HAVE NUMBERS. Please make every effort to attend.
SELECTION
If one of the captains text
you to ask you to play that Saturday or Sunday, please let them know as
soon as possible. It is really difficult being captain and working
out who is available. They have to manage all the league paperwork,
routes to away games, organise meet time and collect subs. Please make
their job easier by letting them know your availability when they ask.
All
games are on the website, and if you can't play one weekend, please
let a captain know as soon as possible. To help with this Michelle
has produced THIS AVAILABILITY SHEET! No
excuses, please print off, fill in and bring it with you to training or
the next game you play.
And
if you are available text one of the captains, whilst talented they are
not mind readers and do not know you have changed a work shift unless
you tell them!
UMPIRE COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints
about umpires, please make them through the captains and not directly
to league. If there is a genuine complaint endorsed by the captain and our own
umpire, it will then be raised through the correct procedures.
It is alot easier to criticize the umpires than do the job yourself!
