MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Senior Members.................................................£ 20-00 (due at the start of the season) *
* After playing FOUR games, between then and the end of December 2010 a further £ 30-00 will be due. This will then be repeated in January for the second half of the season.
£20-00 is therefore due now!! Please bring payment to Training.
It is intended that this will create a proportionate fee structure for those players that only play a few times per season, or get injured halfway through a season. MATCH FEES INCREASED TO £ 6-00 PER GAME (NO BLACKOUT, TEAS WILL COME OUT OF MATCH FEES).
CLUB CLOTHING
Our home kit is red and yellow shirts and black shorts/skirt
and red socks.
We also have an away shirt which is white.
All kit is available to buy from either Sarah Fryer or
Jane Davies.

TRAINING JACKETS £30
SHINPADS and GUMSHIELDS are COMPULSORY for U18 players at
both training and matches. They are highly recommended for ALL players.
MATCHES
Members should be available to play at any time between 8.30am and 7.00pm
as different clubs have pitches available at variable times.
Please ensure you bring both red and white kit to all
matches.
At home games ALL
players must help with ensuring the away team are served refreshments at the
Clubhouse as well helping the Clubhouse staff clear away.
TRAINING
Training fees are £2 per session, payable on the night.

As we have full fixture
lists for 3 teams, it is important you attend as many training sessions as
possible, for you to be considered as a team player. If you are unable to
attend training, ensure you let your team captain or vice captain know.

COACH FEESHOCKEY ENGLAND
All Hockey Clubs in the UK have to pay affiliation fees to Hockey England to be able to run as a Hockey Club and be a member of the English Hockey Association. {EHA}
THIS IS A MANDATORY PAYMENT. COST APPROX £600 PER YEAR
WARWICKSHIRE HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
All Hockey Clubs in the Warwickshire Area have to pay affiliation fees to be able to run a hockey club and be part of the Warwickshire Hockey Association{WHA}. AGAIN THIS IS A MANDATORY PAYMENT. COST APPROX £50 PER YEAR
WARWICKSHIRE LEAGUE FEES
All clubs have to pay League Fees over and above the Associations fee above, to be a member of the Warwickshire League and for clubs to play in a league environment.

LEAGUE REGISTRATION FEES
Clubs have to register all players that are going to play in the Warwickshire League. If we add more players we have to pay a fee for each one. They have to be registered to enable those individuals to be able to play in League Games. COST £1 PER PERSON
PITCH HIRE FEES ETONE ASTRO
The club has to pay hire fees for every game that is played at Etone, and this is usually twice on a Saturday as we have normally got 2 home games. We also have to pay for the hire costs of the pitch for every Wednesday’s training sessions, also Junior training on Sundays. COST APPROX £60 PER MATCH/£3,000 PER YEAR
TRAINING
THE ANKER INN
Being able to have a club for us to have refreshments in, and also social events, and be able to use the facilities at The Anker, the Club will save alot of money compared to previous years at Ambleside.
INSURANCE FEES
Your membership fee also pays for insurance for you should you get injured and need treatment. If you don’t pay your fee, then you are not insured to play sport of this level and therefore there is NO liability on the club should you get injured.
COST APPROX £1,000 PER YEAR
MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES
This covers any Tournament Fees, for tournaments that we enter, and the rule books at the start of the season from the league for umpires and captains. Fines that we have to pay for non return or lateness of league sheets. COST APPROX £700 PER YEAR
